Lance was amazing. He quickly diagnosed shoddy workmanship in a main valve, that had it not been replaced could have resulted in a flooded basement. He was punctual, friendly and extremely professional.

Lance showed up before the estimated arrival time and was very courteous and respectful during his 3 hour visit. Lance not only dealt with the damaged toilet he inspected the other 2 toilets, making an adjustment to one of them. I truly appreciated his expertise as leaks in upstairs toilets could be quite costly. Lance was terrific.

Starting with reception it was nice to be able to understand.The plumber arrived at expected time. Miguel was very curious and he left the work area clean. I would call on him again.

Called this company to evaluate a plugged drain but they refused to do the job the way we requested and charged us $350 for 20 minutes work. The next day the whole basement flooded because their intervention just pushed the block further down the pipe. To their credit they came on a weekend at no cost to fix the problem, but then convinced my partner they should come back implying that the service we had originally requested would be at no cost as well. The third visit they charged $350 for the service that we had originally requested that had not been performed and insisted that we needed our whole basement and garden jackhammered out for a mere $24000.00 with an urgency and false confidence we don't trust. To top it off they had clearly researched us on the internet and tried to make a connection around what they had found out in service of the hard upsell. We found their tactics creepy and are now unnerved that we allowed people like this into our home. Instead they charged a second $350 for another 20 minutes work to do the o

We contacted Environmental Plumbing to remove a snake tool that got stuck in our kitchen drain. We were told a $79 fee for the assessment would be discounted from the job cost if we were to proceed to get it fixed. We went ahead with the job and it cost us $300 for barely a half hour's work. Way overpriced.
