"On Dec 28 found a backed up toilet. Made several calls before I found Mr. Rooter who got a technician to our place by 2 PM. I could not find the diagram showing tank location and tank was not where I thought it was so had to schedule a team to come out and find the tank and get it open and pumped as the starting point. Team was here as scheduled and located and opened the tank and got it pumped. The bed needed clearing out and tank needed new baffle and filter and also added risers so there is no need to dig it up when it needs pumping. As the work was done I met several staff members and was very impressed by every one. Knowledgeable and patiently explained what needed to be to be done why and what options were available. Thanks everyone for the quick and great service!"
