We woke up one morning to a bang in our attic. Turned out the drain for our flat roof had separated due to the pipes freezing. Our roofer showed up within a few hours but told us the roof drain was fine. We needed a plumber. We contacted our regular. No go.. It was a Sunday and we were leaving town the next day. Four more companies said no. Finally ExIR not only said they could do it, they would be there in 45 minutes. 3 !/2 hours later the job was done. My God. They saved us.

Fast response, and very knowledgeable !! I dont know why i waited so long to hire a professional to get our sink fixed (our sink came loose and sank below the counter top, we had it propped up with boxes). He even showed us how incorrect the original piping was (including our dishwasher connector).. mustve been from the original owners of the house. Thank you!! Will 100% call on them again for future work 🙏🏼
