July 2, 2021 Fern delivered exactly as he promised. Ordered and installed the AC unit in 3 days. Now that is service! Professional and polite service. I highly recommend Fern and son.

January 3, 2020 Installed Carrier furnace for builder in 2001. Called when it quit in Dec 2019. Prompt. Diagnosed secondary heat exchanger failure. Wired emergency space heater. Pushed single stage Keep Rite furnace. I wanted 2-stage, variable speed. Did NOT disclose warranty on heat exchanger or very large rebate program on Carrier for this failure. 2-stage quote was $1000 higher than competition using the Carrier rebate program. Charged $340 for space heater and diagnosis (after quoting $185).

December 2, 2019 After calling around for quotes, I found Ferns Heating to be significantly cheaper than most quotes. They were honest and straight forward about what they recommended for my home. They did NOT try to up-sell me on the extra bells and whistles. What I got was a single-stage Keeprite furnace with an ECM motor and it has done a wonderful job keeping my house and family warm. June 4, 2018 Had trouble with our AC! Turned out that we had a leak and Fern and his team were able to fix the issue and install a brand new AC within the same week! Excellent service! Helpful2>
March 8, 2018 Phoned fern to replace my broken out dated furnace, replaced it the next day, made no mess. His son took his time explaining to me how to use the new thermostat. Great work and respectable employees. Great father son business, strongly recommend! Helpful2>
