February 19, 2025 I cannot say enough about Tradesman Mechanical. They are 24/7, they are fast to respond to emergencies, they don't overcharge, their work is amazing, their tradesmen are professional...we've used them for 5 years now, and we will be lifelong customers. 5/5 star rating, every time! What a great business!

January 22, 2016 ### Our furnace died ... Our furnace died middle of winter. They helpped us get a hydro loan and get a new furnace in. The installation guys were great. So glad i came to them for a furnace.
July 31, 2015 ### Had a very bad ex... Had a very bad experience with tradesman mechanical. They did not fix the problem the first time and want to charge me again without honoring their warranty. AVOID THIS COMPANY, unless you have deep pockets and don't mind paying to fix the same problem multiple times.

December 24, 2014 ### Bad service. I c... Bad service. I called Tradesman because the pilot of my gas fireplace was not on and I didn't know how to turn on. I was informed that the visit to diagnose the problem was $95. When the technician came, he just pressed the bottom and the pilot worked, he charged my wife $130 ($35 to press the bottom). When I called the office, the person was rude and lacked to justify the fee they charged. For me, this is part of the diagnose. I don't recommend them.

December 6, 2013 ### Great service I have have used Tradesman Mechanical Services Ltd for service on my air conditioner and for replacing my furnace! Tradesman Mechanical Services were reliable and responded to my call in a timely manner. The Tradesman Mechanical employes that came out to my residence were were highly-skilled and very profession. I feel confident in the work they have done and relieved knowing I can contact them for any problems I may have in the future. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
March 20, 2013 ### Taking care of my family's comfort, personally. When I first contacted Mark, in no time at all he had Clarence come down to my residence to educate us on our best options for our hot water tank and furnace. At the end of our meeting, he left with the measurements and my signature on a guaranteed proposal. Shortly after the paperwork was cleared through Ryan and Jenny at the office, things we were ready to go. Matt took the lead on the project and Grayson made it look easy as they made energy efficiency in our two storey house go from 50% in the morning to over 90% by the end of business day. They cleaned up everything and took away the old units which as well was nice. The new thermostat will make life that much easier knowing our home is comfortable while at home or remotely when away. Thanks to everyone at Tradesman for taking action and making a difference. Nobody came close to doing what you promised and followed through with. The Nimchonok family”
March 19, 2013 ### Beyond belief service "Last week-end our furnace broke down leaving us cold and miserable. After failing to reach the company that installed the furnace for our home builder, my best friend suggested that I call Tradesman and I did. Mike showed up that evening. He had the part on his truck and assured us that the office would take care of our warranty as they did. Thourougly Impressed Guys!"
October 1, 2012 ### Great service from sales to installation & more!! My name is Joyce and I live in River Heights. I am very pleased with Tradesman’s service from the beginning right through to the end. Clarence, sales, came to my house he was very friendly and relayed to me everything I needed to know plus he was wonderful right up to when the workers that came in today. Cory and Steve, installers, were awesome. They did the job in less time than I expected and were very courteous and very informative. I was happy all the way around. Thank you so much, Joyce.
September 7, 2011 ### Best Service Ever Our A/C broke down last weekend on a Saturday nite. After calling a few places and leaving after hour messages, Tradesman answered the phone live and had a serviceman out in an hour. He had the capacitor that we needed on his truck and had us up and cooling shortly after. Good Job Guys.! Really Appreciated!!!
