April 28, 2022 Terrible to get a hold of. Make promises to come and then forget. Rude customer service. Waiting weeks for them to fix an "already fixed" issue.Water leaking into my house. Didn't care. I now have to pay someone to fix their mistakes. The warranty means nothing if they don't actually fix problems. I will never recommend them.
October 15, 2020 Just had our roof done. The team did an excellent job. The roof looks great and they left the ground, deck and driveway spotless. Great pricing as well using Canadian materials
July 17, 2019 Just had our roof done this week and couldnt be happier. Dan was great to work with and his crew is top notch, Devin and the guys did a great job and did an amazing job cleaning everything up. Highly recommended and the price is more than reasonable.
February 15, 2019 Dan and his guys fixed my roof following the wind storm last May in Hamilton. They worked quick, did and excellent job at great rate. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

October 23, 2018 First Rate Roofers put a new roof on for me. Even though my eavestrough problem was not part of the warranty, Dan fixed it anyway to help out a senior. Thanks Dan...First Rate Roofing really is First Rate! And I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a new roof put on by good people.

June 13, 2017 This company was highly recommended to us, and I am more than pleased with the excellent job they've done!.. My husband took a lot of convincing to do Sadona Shingling, he Loves it. The two tone grey changed the complete look of our home. Now I just have to convince him to do our deck?. Fantastic job guys! Thank you.
March 9, 2017 Impossible to get a hold of to fix issue on less than 5 year old roof shingles installed with less than 1 nail per shingle as evidence by the pile in my backyard blown off the roof
