Scott was great at communicating what the project would involve and offered detailed information for several different options before we even began. He and his team were also great at adapting to changes that came up during the renosuch as adding insulation once we learned there was none in the walls of the first floor. Everyone who came through our home was pleasant and professional too.

We hired Scott to do an extensive renovation of our kitchen, three bathrooms, and a bedroom. Scott was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of the process. Through the process, Scott kept us very well informed of the progress, and was extremely responsive to the numerous questions or any concerns we had. He seems intent on doing a job not only well, but ensuring that we were happy with the work throughout the process. On the very few situations where we werent happy with something, Scott made sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. Whenever we ran into unexpected problems or situations (a lot can happen when you take down walls!) Scott was thoughtful and very helpful in providing recommendations and fixes that worked for us. We are very happy we hired Scott and his team, and would not hesitate to do so again in the future. Very highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with the work that Scott and his crew performed on my home! Scott is a pleasure to work with. His estimate for the work to be done was detailed and well thought out. He scheduled the work to be done efficiently. He also worked very well with my interior designer which made the renovation process smooth. The major items in my renovation project were to open the galley kitchen by removing the interior wall, installing an island, moving the laundry machine and dryer from the kitchen into the hallway closet, moving the electrical panel, installing the flooring, covering the popcorn ceiling and removing the closet in the bedroom. I knew my place was in safe hands because Scott is very organized, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and his communications are great. The quality of the work done by his crew, Guido, Rosendo, James, Marcos, Alex and Zac was excellent. The results are stunning, and I couldnt be more pleased.

We contracted Gala Renovations to carry out a full principal bathroom renovation. Scott and his crew were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Communication was excellent throughout. Scott responded quickly to emails and dropped by almost daily to check on progress or to discuss the project. They were very careful about protecting our floors and keeping dust to a minimum, and kept the work site clean which we appreciated.
