We hired Groundscape to re-design and construct our backyard, with admittedly not much of a plan in place when we started beyond knowing that we wanted a pavilion structure of some description and a hot tub worked into the final plan. Sal clearly had a vision from the moment he saw the property and it was clear from the outset who we had to hire. Groundscape came up with a plan and executed it to perfection. Everything that Sal and his team thought of we got a chance to discuss and visualize, and the final product is beyond anything that we could have anticipated. The Groundscape team coordinated and/or completed the installation of the new fence, construction of a massive pavilion structure, installation of new paving stones, pouring of the concrete pad for the hot tub, creation of the new gas firepit, installation of the artificial turf and all associated works (i.e. electrical, gas, etc.). Could not be happier with the craftsmanship or the people. Highly recommend.

Sal and the team took our DIY backyard to the backyard we dreamt of! We started the project last year, in the hopes that we would do it ourselves. Over the course of the year, we soon decided that maybe we should just hire professionals to get it done - save time and our bodies. We met with a couple companies, but Sal was the first we met with and no one after compared to him. We knew this was the one to go with. The entire project took about 2 weeks. Sal's encouragement along the way for additions really made the backyard pop and I am glad that we listened to him. The team was very professional, punctual, clean, hard working, and really took care of our property. We hope to have Sal and the team come back for future projects and we already encouraged friends and family to do the same. Sal came by quickly to quote and had detailed quote notes. His team came and did the project quickly. The team was polite and cleaned up well leaving no garbage or mess. Sal is extremely professional and personable. His many years of experience is very evident. Sal and his team were a delight to work with! Sal was on-site daily working with and supervising his crew. Sal continually checked in with us to ensure that we were all on the same page, and that the reality of the project moving forth matched what we had envisioned. Sal coordinated the entire project with various skilled trades people that he works with (e.g., fence, gas installation, deck, railing). This provided us with peace of mind. The overall project was smooth and seamless, and everything was completed in a timely manner. We appreciate his flexibility, with the goal in mind of always leaving the customer satisfied and happy with his work. Sals excitement about our backyard was almost equal to our own! It is refreshing to see someone who truly loves what he does for a living. The finished backyard project exceeded our expectations.
