I am a repeat customer. Stepan at Main Drain & Plumbing is our go-to plumber. He provides an incredible, fast and professional service and saves us many times in every emergency situation. We live in an old house downtown and Stepan came to clean the main drain to prevent the flooding of the basement. As always his work ethic is impeccable. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone who is looking for a top-notch quality of work and service. Thank you Stepan! Sergiy
I had a big problem with my kitchen sink - the water would not go down the drain properly. Stepan gave me professional advice and reassured me that this can be fixed. I am very satisfied with his service because from the moment I contacted him until the work was finished, everything was beyond my expectations. Not only was the problem fixed quickly, but he also arrived on time, explained exactly what needs to be done and how he would fix it by snaking, and gave me tips on how to maintain the sink plumbing to avoid future problems. I would definitely recommend him for this service.
