I contacted Groundworks (formerly Clarke Basement Authority) as I was looking for a company to encapsulate my crawl space. Beginning with the initial meeting with Chris (quoted the job) to completion, the project ran smoothly. Lucio, Tai and Carter were the onsite crew that completed the work. They displayed a high level of organization, were professional, polite and had an excellent work ethic. I had several questions during the quote process and when the job was underway. The responses were always prompt and the time was taken to explain to me the project and how the work was being completed. Lucio, Tai and Carter kept the work area contained and were extremely tidy and respectful of my home. Throughout each day, Lucio provided me with regular updates that included pictures at various stages of the project. Lucio is an excellent project leader and that is reflected in the way the team worked together. I would recommend this team and Groundworks for crawl space work.

Having found some bad cracking in my garage, I really did not know who to call. After some Google searching, I did my due diligence and called 3 different local companies. Out of those 3, Groundworks was not only the only one that called back within 10 min, but also to schedule a no cost inspection. The other 2 did finally call after a few days and only asked for pictures, of which I sent, and still no response from them, and already had my inspection by them. I had the great pleasure of having Noor Farid come by and spend quite a bit of time not only checking everything out but to carefully explain all the work that would be done. Having my own business, I am very customer focused and service oriented, and it is great that there are a few out there that share the same. Along with a great quote and a price guarantee, choosing Groundworks was a no brainer. Looking forward to them coming out and completing the job.

The consultation was professionally done and I was provided substantial information that included video content to help me to understand the scope of work for the project. The crew arrived as scheduled and the work was completed on time. They were knowledgeable, respectful, hard working and got the job done. I recommend this company if you have a wet or moldy basement. They know their work.
