We had a leak coming in the back room, and we called a bunch of waterproofing companies. Some of them didn't even return our calls, others wanted us to pay for a quote. When we contacted RCC Waterproofing, Jeffery M. called us back the same day, and booked an appointment for us the next day. His inspection and quote were free, and he explained to us that our issue wasn't even a waterproofing issue, it was a plumbing issue.
