RayS Homes saved me in the crazy days after so many basements flooded in Toronto in July 2024. For our flood, my insurance company worked with only two contractors and these were so busy that they took a month and a half to provide an estimate and then would not answer the phone to allow me to offer them the work. So I turned to RayS Homes. Even though very busy themselves, Raymond was extremely responsive and provided me with his own very professional quote within 24 hours. He agreed to start the work within a week and arrived on time to get going. He and his very competent, skilled and agreeable team stuck with the project until it was completed not much more than two weeks later. The quality of work was excellent, the timeliness much appreciated, and the overall experience of dealing with them was superb. Definitely would recommend for major repairs and renovation projects!

I recently hired RayS Homes to replace all the drywall with fire-rated drywall on one side of my house, and I am thoroughly impressed with their work. Raymond remodeled a rental apartment in an older multi-unit building. He suggested changes that I never thought of, that greatly improved the apartment's look and feel. The tenants were very happy and so was I. Ray showed up with his crew and worked steadily until the job was done. He did so without disrupting the other tenants. There have been no reported problems and I look forward to using Ray when I have another apartment to renovate.

The 40 year old flooring in our home started to fail and it was time to replace it. Ray and his team came in and did a fantastic job start to finish completing the project. Ray walked us through pricing, showed us different samples, was self sufficient throughout the construction process, and finished the job on time and on budget. Would highly recommend!
