Unfortunately the company was sold to a bunch of clowns and now the new one is a nightmare. The folks that helped me with this one knew what they were doing. Came quickly, great communication, were helpful and diagnosed the issue.
New owners have cancelled my service last minute twice and rebook out over a month later. When I have asked to speak with a manager I am told they have my message but are very busy and they do not return calls, For years prior to this the service was exceptional. Clearly the service has deteriorated in a very short time with the new owners.

This company is also know as Doctor HVAC. I had a leak in my 1" supply line to my tank from a failed soldered connection. It was beyond my soldering capabilities to solder the 1" fittings which needed to be replaced. This company was able to send a technician the next day. The window for the appointment is rather large (8am-4pm), however they do send you text and email alerts so that you know when the technician is on his way. Mark, the technician who did the work was great. He was knowledgeable, experienced and very pleasant to deal with. I'm pleased with the job Mark did. Because of my experience with Mark and my great experience with the company, I will sign up for their monthly service plan and will definitely use their services again.
