“Unfortunately the company was sold to a bunch of clowns and now the new one is a nightmare. The folks that helped me with this one knew what they were doing. The new company DR HVAC hires rookies that do nothing but replace parts, not diagnose. Ended up costing me $700, because the first guy couldn't diagnose a bad start capacitor for my heat pump, which was $60.”

“September 2024 ! We are pleased with the service received from HVAC. Marcus fixed our plugged toilet. He was very professional and spent a lot of time examining it and used hose and camera. We are pleased with the result. He also replaced a leaky pipe in the ceiling . We would definitely recommend Marcus! Thank you!”

New owners have cancelled my service last minute twice and rebook out over a month later. When I have asked to speak with a manager I am told they have my message but are very busy and they do not return calls, For years prior to this the service was exceptional. Clearly the service has deteriorated in a very short time with the new owners.
