The owner Nick is incredibly pleasant to deal with and responds promptly to calls. I had to move the appointment time slightly and he was incredibly accommodating. His staff are friendly and were very helpful explaining the parts of the furnace and what was happeningwhich happened to be nothing they needed to do and didnt charge me. Very honest and professional! Kathy

Having your furnace breakdown in this weather is never fun. I was impressed from the beginning with how quick and hands on Nick and his team was in installing a new furnace at a solid price. Challenges came up, which is where their expertise and experience really shined. Communication, professionalism, reliability. All 5 stars. Thanks again.

Information not sales pressure. Responsive, attentive, prompt, clean and efficient. Nick and team were not our first choice but became our only choice as we went through the cycles with him. They are fantastic! Highly recommend without any hesitation.

We are doing a kitchen Reno and had Nick come to look at installing a Mitsubishi unit that would provide air conditioning and heat if necessary. Nick kept in touch and made sure they did the installation before counters were installed. Nick and his team were amazing. They were professional, very careful in the house and meticulous. We love the unit and really appreciate all the effort they put into the installation. I would 100% recommend Interior Climate Solutions .

Hi, and welcome to Interior Climate Solutions! My name is Nick Baker, and I am the founder of ICS. This company has grown far beyond my expectations and I couldn't be more thankful to my friends and neighbours for trusting me to service, and replace their HVAC systems to help keep the company up and running in the early days. Now we are a small team of fully licensed technicians that have a combined 50 years experience in the trades. We are registered with the Technical Standard Safety Authority and the Ontario Colleges Of Trades. Our goal is to offer our customers a stress free experience in a high stress area of work. Having your furnace breakdown in the middle of winter, or your AC quit on you during our hot summer days can be a nightmare. Eliminate that stress by knowing who to call before it happens, and deal with a small company that is tailored to suit your every need. We have reduced prices compared to the big name companies, and offer a high quality product as well as a higher quality customer experience.
