Highlights

Josh seemed very knowledgeable about what needed to be done --- replacing the condenser pump rather than cleaning it & was good at explaining everything. They came to fix very quickly & on-site service was efficient. He insisted on including charges on my invoice for duct cleaning work which I will probably get done at a later date in the coming year & wanted to mark that portion of the invoice "unpaid" or "balance owing". I said I didn't want that on the invoice as the work had not happened yet --- that I would call when I was ready to have that done. He was upset with me for having to re-write the invoice three times & said it was costing him money to keep re-writing them - maybe so I'd feel bad, I'm not sure. I still insisted that he remove unrequested, uncompleted services from my bill. Then he suggested that they would send me a "reminder" notice in the new year to get the duct cleaning done but I said I would call them if & when that time came. I do not like to feel pressured into having other services done & billed for those services prematurely. With that exception I had no complaints with the technician, the price, or the company & would still recommend them.

Cannot believe how much stuff the technician removed from our vents. He did a very thorough job and even offered to add an air freshening spray into the vents at no additional cost to us. Cant say enough good things about his work!

I called this company when my air conditioning stopped working when it was sweltering hot. The technician was great and determined I had a spiders nest that was preventing it from working. He washed the unit and has been great ever since. Definitely recommend the company

I purchased a new furnace, AC and tankless hot water. The install was mediocre at best. The technician didn't tack the gas supply line for the hot water to anything, it was just hanging from my basement ceiling. Took a while to get someone out to fix it. The warranty visit (2x a year for 10 yrs) is a JOKE!! The office staff calls constantly, even thou she just called, to book an appt. For example - this winter check she called twice in one week to book. We made an appt the first call, so not sure why she called again. She said no one puts notes on the file but it is her, the same person calling each time. The warranty didn't show up and no one called to say he wouldn't make it. She called me the next day to say sorry she didn't know and rebooked. The warranty guy finally comes out takes a quick look, then tries to up-sell you. They are very aggressive and pushy and use the loophole that they are there for warranty which makes their house call legal. Even thou I specifically say at each call NO SALES ALLOWED. A day or two later, the office staff calls again. This time they need to book the tech guy. Tech guy actually shows up when scheduled. (Josh was great). Now today, not even a week later the office staff calls AGAIN (same girl) to book warranty guy. I told her warranty guy already showed up and tech guy even showed up. She again said she didn't have notes saying the guys came out. Then again today 5hrs later that SAME office staff calls to book AGAIN. I again told her it was already booked and completed. She again apologized saying she didn't have notes. This is the most incompetent company I have EVER dealt with. How can you not know you already called, booked, and booked for service calls. I mean the same person twice in one day. I can't wait til my contract is complete and these people can get out of my house!! Please don't confuse the company and do-nothing warranty guys with the service techs. The guy that did come out, Josh, did an

Worth checking yourself
Only a few public reviews are shown. Ask for recent references you can contact.
Their public evidence comes from a single source. Look them up on another site before deciding.
No credentials are shown here and the business has not claimed this profile. Ask to see certificates and insurance directly.
Trade licensing in Canada is set by each province or territory. Electrical, gas and plumbing are licensed trades almost everywhere (for example ESA for electrical and TSSA for gas in Ontario), so check your provincial regulator that the contractor is certified for the work before you hire.
A construction lien is a real risk: in every province an unpaid subcontractor or supplier can register a lien against your home even if you already paid the main contractor. Hold back the statutory amount (commonly around 10%) and get signed lien waivers as you pay.
Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
