March 12, 2021 Our experience with Hyde Park Plumbing was terrible & I would NOT recommend their services. The office representatives dealing with customers are rude, dismissive, condescending, and unresponsive. We were billed an invoice for services provided on someone else's home and rather than rectify the situation, their staff called collections. It took 4 calls for the manager to finally cancel the incorrect invoice. No initial apology was issued, just a 'miscommuncation". Unfortunate situation.
November 9, 2020 I am very lucky that this company was able to solve a difficult plumbing situation for us after it because clear that the situation was too challenging for many other companies. They are friendly, fair, honest, and very hard working.
June 12, 2020 Excellent service from Mike and his team and a special kudos to Sami who completed our laundry tub and cabinet removal and a new install. Very happy with the service and results!
