Jiangs Design & Reno Inc.

This was the first renovation that my wife and I had undertaken, and the Jiang's Design & Reno team did an excellent job! Over a period of 4 weeks, the team completed a scope of: resurfacing of approx. 800sqft of popcorn ceiling, replacement of all ceiling light fixtures, full gut and renovation of 2 bathrooms, and remodel of front entryway in our condo. We actually had to move into the unit around 1.5 weeks into the renovation (not ideal) but Evan and his team were very accommodating and worked with us to hand over certain portions of our unit while work continued. Items supplied/arranged by me: light fixtures, bathroom wall tiles, elevator bookings Everything else was handled by Evan and his team. Evan met with me for one day to go shopping for everything not mentioned above i.e. floor tile, vanities, plumbing fixtures, paint etc. Custom cabinets also sourced through Evan and team. Overall, we are very pleased with the results. Thanks again to Evan, Daniel and Ryan!!

Jiangs Design was amazing! Their efficiency, speed and quality exceeded our expectations. Joe and his team provided suggestions to improve maximize use of our basement and we couldn't be happier. They were super accommodating to all our requests and one of the hardest working team we've worked with! Our basement is almost done, and we are very happy with the results. Evan and his team (led by Loise) did an incredible job on our full kitchen remodel - handling everything from electrical and plumbing to installing a gas line, lighting and painting. The project was particularly challenging due to the custom cabinets we selected, which were not easy to work with, but Loise pulled it off. He not only executed our plan 100%, but also made some good suggestions that improved the overall design, even though it made the job a bit more challenging for him. His expertise and commitment shows in the final product, and we couldnt have chosen a better team for the job!
