"I am a senior woman. It was a huge undertaking for me to change my 34-year-old furnace and air conditioner, and a rental hot water heater. Justin spent a lot of time with me explaining the components: furnace, hot water heater, and a heat pump to replace the air conditioner. He also answered close to a million questions from me, almost on a daily basis. Peter and his helpers did a great job installing the equipment. Today, all equipment has been installed and everything seems to be working well. I enjoyed my encounters with every person I met from Spring Home. Thank you."

He made the whole experience easy to understand and seamless, and without any jargon or pressure. The appointment was two days later at our request. Justin checked in regularly through the process and the technicians who installed our unit were on time, polite, friendly and efficient. And to top it all, the prices were very reasonable for a quality unit! I will 100% be coming back to Spring Home for service calls and for any other HVAC items that need attention in the future. Very impressed with this rare standard of excellent service and attention to detail - recommend this company unreservedly."
