November 1, 2016 I called concerned about my condensation pump. The owner was in the area and came and fixed it all within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service of this company.
March 17, 2015 ### Excellent Service!! Woke up without heat during a -6 weather day. Decided on Keenan because they have already had two positive reviews. Count this as their third. Within 5 mins of calling the office, Steve called from the field and was at our place within 2 hours. He identified a potential problem right away, pointed out some issues to consider for the future and was friendly, fast and explained everything. Happy to have heat and happy to have called Keenan - would recommend them without hesitation!!!!
December 30, 2014 ### I woke up this mo... I woke up this morning to a dead blower motor in my furnace. After calling 4 other businesses for service and being told someone would call me back sometime in the afternoon, Steve from Keenan was at my house within the hour. He was able to service the motor and replaced the belt without any issues. Highly recommended!
March 25, 2014 ### Quick Service! We had an issue with our furnace, in a panic we called Keenan heating. The on-call service was quick and brief, within 5 minutes I had a reply phone call and a technician was en route. He was friendly, honest and described in full detail on what was happening with our furnace. After he left, I felt well educated and confident on the repair job done. I would recommend Keenan to anyone who's having a difficult time with their furnace.
