February 24, 2022 I have had great service from Lakehead Burner Service Ltd. When our furnace needed repair, the co-owner checked to see if some of the parts were covered under warranty. Because we are the original owners of the house with our Lennox Furnace, several parts were covered under warranty. They also fixed the motor when our air conditioner wasn't working and our pool heater. I would recommend this company.

November 17, 2019 The service is LOUSY! Your told that you;ll get a furnace cleaning soon, but after 2 months I gave up and called another company and they sent a tech to my house within 2 weeks. I will NEVER call Lakehead Burner ever again, they are not honest about when you will get your furnace cleaned.

October 28, 2019 Motto is The Customer is Always Wrong. And do not wait for them to arrive, because they do not. And, yes, it is true, they are always out of town on an emergency job.

January 25, 2018 LBS was my goto for my Lennox furnace which was originally installed by them. In late summer of 2017 there was water dripping down from the AC onto the furnace and accumulating on the floor. I phoned to make an appointment and was put on a waiting list, account they were doing contract work outside of Thunder Bay and had no techs available. Three months later they phoned and left a message to call back for a service appointment. I didn't phone back....WOULD YOU??!
