Sept 2021 My contractor had a very good experience with Laird. I had three quotes, but Laird was very detailed, transparent and accurate. Very good communication. They sent text with a photo of technicians in advance of each visit. Excellent crew. Professional, timely, neat and quality work. Project was separate set ups for two apartments in an older home in the beaches. Respectful of neighbours and property in a very tricky spot to work. Clean lines on the external walls of the house, not lines running very which way. I had a problem with one of the heat pumps. Noah Laird attended to it personally with the manufacturer. It was complete replaced, not repair.replaced at no charge. These units have worked like a charm ever since. Best value and service. Very happy. I would use Laird again. No question

April 13, 2022 Great friendly service for my heating. This was NOT Jiffy, but a True Professional Done in 1 hour. All done!
July 1, 2021 The company took my money for a 10-year warranty instead of the default 5, then charged me extra each year to maintain the labour portion of it, and now, when a replacement part is needed under warranty, I found out from the manufacturer that L&S did not register my equipment within 60 days of the installation. Neither they nor the manufacturer will honour the extended warranty.
December 30, 2020 RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING OF A NATURAL GAS INSTALLATION, LAIRD AND ITS SERVICES AND ITS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN A DISASTER. JUST NOW RIGHT AFTER AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND SERVICING, THE FURNACE WONT WORK AND LAIRD IS NOT PARTICULARLY CONCERNED ABOUT FIXING IT
