The quality of their work is excellent, and they were always professional, friendly, and easy to reach throughout the entire project. They kept us informed and delivered on time and on budget. Our older home came with its challenges, but they always found a way to make our vision work, and we are so grateful! Mark and his crew are awesome! Mark is extremely reliable and has excellent communication with the customer, responding in a timely and helpful manner. His team is knowledgeable and friendly. We have had Mark and his crew complete multiple reno jobs for us including a complete basement reno, a bathroom gut and reno and recently helped us remodel our upper level with new floors, trims, doors, valance removals, etc. Mark and his crew take pride in a job well done and it gives me peace of mind that I never have to worry about experiencing those nightmare reno/contractor stories you hear out there! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job and have done so to several family and friends.
