After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen. We had a complete gut and renovation of our basement. From Day 1 we were very satisfied with the professionalism with Josh and Alvaros team. We had a dated basement that was not in code and they completed overhauled the basement and made it into beautiful, usable space. Highlights of the project included a new bathroom, laundry room, staircase and custom cabinet and insulation to eliminate humidity. There were a couple of unexpected issues that came up during the project and they discussed different options and were open and honest with us. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Since I don't speak English very well, they were very patient in answering all my questions. Any emergencies that arose, they came right over to take care of it.

We hired Josh and his team to do a entire renovation and couldnt be happier. There attention to every detail is unbelievable and they go above and beyond. We had 2 leaking bathrooms with mold and needed to get it changed immediately. This is our first renovation project with no experience on how the project will look like.
