April 7, 2017 We hired MAK Mechanical to install a lake loop geothermal system. They installed just over half of what they charged us for but they told us they installed the whole amount. I found out because I personally checked their work after they left. I was shocked to find what they did. MAK denied any problem existed. The lake loop was verified by the equipment manufacturer to be way undersized. We had to sue them to get our money back. We won, then had to garnish their bank account to collect.

October 14, 2015 ### Really not at all... Really not at all happy with them. I called over a week ago and was given the run around about not enough technicians on this week, to busy and can't get there. My family had been a week without hot water. Finally we booked a time for the following Tuesday after the long weekend. After several un-responded to calls (after several from pervious week), I was finally contacted by reception telling me that yet again they would be unable to make it on our scheduled day.
