Extremely happy with the work Maple Furnace did to replace my furnace and also to install Air Conditioning last year. Also installed an induct smoker detector which was a requirement for my suite. Follow Up: Two different technicians came - able to lower the buzzing sounds and the frequencies of buzzing free of charge. Basement heat has restored. Flushed 3 zones and checked boiler on November 7 this year. Back from Calgary mid November and noticed the Boiler buzzes quite loud when the flames turn on, especially early morning or in the evening. I have called the service technician a few time. He did come back one afternoon, but the boiler was not buzzing at the time. I showed him my recordings. He then asked me to video tape the boiler when it buzzes and send 2 videos to him. I did. with no response for another few days, I called him this afternoon. He said he can come back with another staff, but will charge me accordingly. As a 70 year old senior, this unexpected expense would be too much. I have researched your company and the ratings are quite high. I would appreciate it if another technician can come to fix the buzzing which was not there before your service. Hope to hear from your company professional soon
