"We hired Matt and his team to build a second floor addition for our house in 2225 Ghent Ave, Burlington, ON in 2018. We got his name from our trusted friend who is an engineer in the industry. The price was reasonable for big project like this. It is not the cheapest price we got but we know we can rely on the team to get the job done on time. We started talking in Dec 2017 and moved out in Apr 2018. We are very specific that we need the job to be done in Sept 2018 before the school year. The team delivered the project on time. Matt and his team had to worked overtime to meet the deadline. They delivered despite there were issues with his family (we are really sorry to hear about his wife's hospitalization), the weather and the city inspection near last minutes. We got Matt to quote some smaller minor project but the price wasn't something we would move forward. If we have medium and big project, we would go back to his team because of their price, professional manner and ability to deliver project ON TIME."
