November 8, 2024 Alex D. was at my home today to unclog a bathroom sink . Not only did a great job on the clog but also had some great conversation about common interest. November 2, 2023 Had a clogged bathtub, called Milani Plumbing, a technician came within a hour. Darren Williams came with all his tools and an auger. He put on his booties before he entered my place and started work on the bathtub. He was very professional and fast at fixing the clogged bathtub. He cleaned everything up and was done. I would highly recommend Darren anytime - friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks Darren and Milani !!

Technician Taylor came to my apartment to fix a leak in my sink and fault with my toilet. He was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to educate me as an owner. Very professional and courteous. The receptionist was efficient and provided me with all the information prior to the work.

Called in for a jet flashing drainage, wet basement problem not solved and declared they can do nothing about it. Charge me 4 hours for a 2 hour work. And I was not aware of the min. 4 hours costing me $1100+ Will never ever use them again.

HVAC furnace installation failed City inspection because technician took shortcut for an easier job. Admin staff not proactive in resolving existing customer cases unless situation is dire and company reputation jeopardized. Chance of commissioned work executed perfectly is 50/50. If job not done right, be prepared to spend significant time on working with them on resolution and remediation. Despite great reviews everywhere, the quality of their service remains inconsistent, hit-or-miss.
