March 29, 2021 The worst possible customer service--STAY AWAY from them! The plumber arrived 1.5 hours later than scheduled without any warning or explanation, spent hours chatting on the job, and left the job unfinished. Management never called me back, never responded to emails, never apologized. The company also falsely advertises their BBB accreditation on their website without in fact having it. UNPROFESSIONAL and rude customer service accompanied with terrible plumbing service. Never recommend to anyone! !!

November 29, 2019 Terrible. Incompetent- had to send someone out twice to fix mistake of original guys. CHARGED me for all visits!!! Would not hire!

November 2, 2017 I can't speak highly enough about the team at Miles Plumbing! From the front line staff to the service technician, we had outstanding service! We first heard about them through their support of HeroWork and appreciate that they have helped build community. Thank you Stew Millet and your team for helping non-profits in Victoria. We are grateful!

May 8, 2017 Miles Plumbing Services LTD failed to provide camera inspection of the perimeter drainage system that they were hired to do prior to property purchase. The technician from Miles Plumbing claimed he had completed the camera inspection and that the drainage system was working well and lied about it on the invoice. I would not have purchased the property if I had known the system was not functioning. They refused to help with the $20000 repairs. I would not recommend Miles Plumbing.

December 7, 2014 ### I was really impr... I was really impressed with Miles plumbing recently. I had a pipe in my basement burst at 3:00am and the dispatcher sent someone out right away. He was at my home within half an hour, and he got the pipe fixed quickly. And when I got the bill, I was surprised to find that it wasn't that expensive considering the late night service. I am really pleased with them.
