Mat helped design and install new pot lighting throughout my renovated condo. He also made good recommendations for lighting in my bathrooms and laundry room. Mat is reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. He went beyond duty during a Reno mis-fire.

I've known Mat for years as an electrician but what I didn't know was his level of expertise in so many different facets of home renovation. Mat build a great deck and 3 piece basement bathroom for my family; needless to say we're thrilled with the work. Both his understanding of the technical components (framing, plumbing) and his attention to detail with detailing (trim, paint, tile work) are top-notch. He completed both projects on budget and on-time, a rarity in any home renovation project. I highly recommend Mat and his company to everyone for any type of home renovation, big or small!
I had gotten recommended to Mat and his team by a few savvy investor friends since I was looking to do an SDU conversion and covert my bungalow to a duplex. From Mat and Is very first conversation, I could tell he was genuine and authentic. I did all the proper due diligence before hiring him and based on his quote, other reviews, and past project success, I decided to go with him - and this was the best decision I could have made! Ive worked with multiple contractors before and his communication was top notch during the entire construction process. He was timely, well connected to good prices, answered all questions without judgement, and was super transparent about the progress. Mat also being an electrician was helpful as he wore many hats during the lifetime of the project and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
