Mo Precision Roofing

The 2 partners came out this morning to check on my small leak. After mounting roof and doing their inspection, They stated I should monitor a little longer as The roof is very new and the shingles could have slightly raised in wind which caused a small wet spot in ceiling, but was best to monitorrather than replace unnecessarily. Instead of charging me and replacing sections for no reason, their honesty resulted in me spending no money at all at this time. I must say I appreciate their honesty and they're due diligence. Another contractor wanted to replace the whole front face of my house, without good reason! I can't think MO roofing enough! I will continue to monitor and if there is any further water mark I will certainly i'm sure I call them

We had been looking for someone to replace our front porch shingles with a metal roof all summer. Quotes and promises came and went. Starting from the inspection those guys dont charge anything for it they come inspect it and made an estimate for my family and all if this was for free which made us content. Afterwards, we decided to go with them because of their communication and the explanation they did , also they gave us a reasonable price even though they are professional in their job. They started and finished and , did all those on time whatever they promised first came. Only to see how beautiful turned our house , it looked stunning and beautiful. Summary: I recently had the pleasure of working with MO Precision Roofing for a partial roof underlay replacement, new shingles, facia, soffit, and gutters with guards. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team exhibited the utmost professionalism and dedication. The quality of materials and workmanship was top-notch and pride of quality of work was evident. No rushing or cutting corners, they were highly respectful of property. Customer service was excellent questions answered without attitude, they went above and beyond to deliver excellence. Lastly, competitive prices for the quality of materials and work. In fact, I'd go as far to say that process are lower than some of the big companies that charge an arm and a leg for this level of workmanship plus charging for the initial inspection. The issue: After a downpour I noticed a large 5" water bubble on my kitchen wall that started at the ceiling and worked its way down the wall. Step 1 - Submission: I submitted the project requirements to HomeStars and in a very short period of time I received a phone call from MO Precision. Incidentally, MO is an acronym representing the partner's names. The interaction was very calm, friendly and understanding and he indicated they could swing by shortly which was great! I asked how much for the inspection and was advised, no charge. The reason I asked was I've dealt with other "contactors" who required $300 just to bring a crew of 5 to the site. So you're in effect paying all their salaries for the company to drive around in a truck and sit/stand around whilst the person in charge does the talking. So this was refreshing. Step 2 - Meeting: The two gentlemen of MO arrived promptly within a half hour as expected, we exchanged pleasantries and I presented them an overview of the issue. The work was done to re-do a shed with new Vinyl siding, including soffits and gutters. The work that was done was nothing short of professional experience. I would definitely recommend these fellas to anyone that is interested.
