Total bathroom renovation. New tiles, shower, toilet, tub and double sink vanity (used to be a single sink vanity). Excellent craftsmanship and attention to details. Mike is accessible to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the results.

The team did a great job from providing the estimate, doing the shower tiling job, providing advice on pre-work and even managing the contract and payment. I highly recommend them and wound hire them again.

My main floor is all ceramic... over the years, tiles in different spots had either cracked or been damaged somehow.. it was a small job, but it was important to me. Modern Tile made quick contact, gave me a fair quote, stayed in touch every step of the way, and did the job in a timely fashion. They were polite, clean and professional, and I felt that they treated my small job with the same respect as they would have treated a large $$$ job. We worked with Mike on two different occasions. One was for our kitchen renovation where Mike and his team completed the tile work throughout our kitchen, laundry room and foyer. They also completed our backsplash. For the second renovation job, there were no questions about who we would hire for our fireplace upgrade. We upgraded our old fireplace mantel to a more modern tile look. Working with Mike was tremendously easy and stress-free. During one of our renovations, we were out of province and Mike provided us with regular updates through videos and he even cared for our beloved cat! He provides a fair estimate in price and is very transparent if we were to incur additional expenses.
