I have a few rentals that need work every few years due to rough usage. Having dealt with many different general contractors, Modern Touch has become the first contractor I reach out. Work they've done for me include kitchen renovations, waterproofed foundation walls, replaced the flooring in a basement, roof installs, putting up a fence, and replacing drywall. The work is done fast and well, I can discuss how I want something to look and get those exact results. Also, if I have tenants, they have never complained about issues with professionalism while work was being done in their vicinity. I simply call them, work out what needs to be done along with the materials and price, then it occurs, no headache and price increases down the road. The pricing is fair, especially when there are no hidden costs or re-work needing to be done.
Richard is a wizard! I couldn’t be happier with the work he did in my kitchen. The drywall for my new backsplash was done to perfection. He installed my new sink which included new plumbing. He has an eye for detail and went above and beyond!
Richard did an amazing job with all of my works. He is punctual, efficient, perfectionist, professional and a kind caring person.
