We were concerned about possible mold in our cold room. Gregg responded quickly and determined we did not have mold. He gave us comprehensive instructions for how to upgrade the cold room to avoid future problems. I really appreciate that he responded quickly to my e-mail with follow-up questions. Gregg visited for an hour -- it was time and money well spent for us.

We bought a new home and hired Gregg to do an air quality test for the entire home, which took about 7 samples. Fortunately, our home pass the test. Gregg was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He never attempted to upsell you for services you don't require. After the service was complete I had a few follow up questions and he still made himself available to address any inquiries.

Wonderful experience with mold.ca from start to finish. Gregg came out the day after I first spoke with the company. Gregg was knowledgeable, and set my mind at ease right away. Luckily he told me that the mold was minor enough to handle myself, and gave great instructions on what to do. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I will absolutely use mold.ca again.
