November 13, 2014 ### Great service & g... Great service & great people.Yesterday we had a really bad clogged pipe in the basement sink and we had tried everything. He did it in under 20 minutes, was very polite and skilled. This is our third time with Mr. Rooter Sudbury - every time they go above and beyond! I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Sudbury.
October 28, 2014 ### Mr. Rooter Sudbur... Mr. Rooter Sudbury is great! They are excellent people and they know their stuff! I have chosen them multiple times over the past few years with exceptional service each time.
April 9, 2013 ### Save Your Money - Bad Service Mr Rooter in sudbury is HORRIBLE! the owner of the Mr. rooter sudbury did work at 2 of my places. both times he REALLY messed up the work, leading to a Bosch technician fixing the work at a cost to me of almost $100.00. the Bosch technician said the work done from mr. rooter was " lazy and cheap parts". they DO NOT stand by their work and the owner is argumantative to customers. When I notified the owner of the problems his reply was "I will take your invoice to my lawyer" he TOTALLY did NOT take responsibility for his work & his errors. Plus, mr.rooter has no customer service, and no one to keep their franchisees in line. Save your money and call a more polite plumbing service that can actually do the work.
