March 1, 2022 I bought a furnace and air conditioner outright, which was almost ten grand. A few months later they started billing me, as if I was renting their appliance. I am writing this review while on hold with a foreign call center attempting to fix this situation. I do not think this call center will help me. I would never go with Reliance again, they are trying to steal my money and they will attempt to steal yours. Do yourself a favor go with a smaller local HVAC business.

August 3, 2021 They installed a water softener system in my house a few months ago. Had to call them back because it was leaking. They came and turned off the water system they had installed and never turned it back on. I finally noticed and set it back up myself. Because it was off, it created a bunch more water problems so called them back today to fix it. The tech they sent knew nothing about the system, didn’t fix anything and just told me to get the water tested. They’re useless. Use another company.

April 15, 2021 We have a boiler on a closed loop system and we have no heat upstairs, they just need to drain the system and replace a couple of valves but instead they thought adding a pump would fix it, it didn't. They have been at my house 4 or 5 times trying different things and we told them it's an air lock and they just need to drain it fully but they think a couple of buckets will do the trick, this has been going on for well over a month. They are the most incompetent people ever!

January 6, 2021 Had reliance come and do a repair on my furnace and they knew before they got here that they count not repair it. Did not have the parts and charged me $100 for the visit. They also told me my heat exchanger was rusted and red tagged my furnace. I looked at my furnace after it was removed and seen no rust at all on it. They also told me they would refund me that visit after I purchased my new furnace but never got it. My salesman is now ignoring me. I had a minor water leak problem with my furna
