Get a quote on line before having them come. Charged over $300 for 15 minutes work, to change an outdoor tap (that's equates to $1,200 an hour), and I am a lifetime advantage plan member so I saved $27. I should have sent him away when I saw the quote, but, you know, he was a nice guy and he was here and I wanted it done, without having to waste another day finding somebody else. Beware, call elsewhere for a quote before letting Mr. Rooter in the door.
