"Tree roots got into our sewer line and created a blockage. We called Canadian Rooter on a Sunday, locates were completed the next day and then the repair was completed on a Tuesday in about 7 hours. They also ran the video camera up the sewer line to the house and to the street to confirm there was no other damage to the line. This has given us peace of mind. Restoration was done neatly. Very happy with the service and the outcome."

Job went well. Canadian Rooter was very professional, prompt and appeared reasonable. Repair was completed on May 27,2024. "The wax ring was slit. replaced with new wax ring tested before leaving and works no more leak" Unfortunately, I am having the same issue 1 year later. Repair appears to have been a temporizing measure and am seeking further assistance currently at solving this as of June 2025.
