I called at 9:50 pm on a Wednesday because my hot water tank wasn't working. They told me they are too tired to come and won't come till tomorrow. They advertise as a 24/h 7 days a week business, yet won't serve.

The company no-showed for 2 different service appointments. They provided a free estimate (which is becoming rare), but an estimate without service isn't worth anything.
