Great experience -- Oneil from OC Applicance contacted us quickly about this job, came out the next day in the agreed timeframe, diagnosed the problem quickly & gave us our options for next steps, and even looked at another appliance issue we were having while he was here. We are now back up and running again, and will definitely be contacting OC Appliance next time an appliance gives us trouble!
