Good communication with Eugene when I put in a request and the technician arrived within the time window provided. Within 10mins the tech diagnosed the issue to be a blown junction box. Left to go buy the part, came back 30mins later and was advised that it was $36 for the part and $295 for labour! Took him another 10-15 mins to change the box and put the dishwasher back in. Close to $400 (including tax, $36 part and about 30mins of actual labour). No issues with the technician, nice guy, they did their job but definite lesson learned to ask about labour costs up front. Would shop this around better next time for another appliance repair.
