OpenSpace Architecture (OSA) is a boutique luxury architectural and interior design practice based on Vancouver’s North Shore, Canada. While OSA specialises in single family and resort residential projects, we also have a broad range of experience in master planning and infrastructure projects. Beyond the obvious OSA creates work that is essentially memorable. We believe that extraordinary design feels as though it was simply meant to be, an expression of its inhabitants, the environment and the spaces in between. We offer a playful yet rigorous approach to design. Projects come to life through pollination of key ideas and a strongly integrated design process. By staying nimble and on task, we sketch and fine tune options, create scale models, evaluate materials and assemble sample boards concurrently. Digital technology offers us tools which we use with craft and precision, turning abstract concepts into information models, using 3-D digital programming to test each solution thoroughly.
