Henry and his team were amazing throughout the renovation process. Henry is polite, understanding and tells you upfront. Henry and his team were always on time and did an excellent work. They had great suggestion. They transformed my basement. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. It was lovely working with you Henry :-)

I would highly recommend Pang Ching Home Development. They started the work right on time, they were always neat, organized and tidied their work space after each day. They worked diligently 8-5 until my 2 bathrooms were complete- which took approx 4 weeks. They fulfilled my design requests without a problem. I got 10 quotes and they had the best price by far. The whole team was helpful and personable- it was great working with Henry. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this team. If you want a renovation done in a timely manner with a good price and respectful and responsive team- hire this company! I feel very lucky to have worked with them. I would hire them again for future renovations.

Pretty good work. Reframed ducting in basement, added drywall, primed and painted. Instead of taking potlights out when painting they painted around. The type of pot lights used are easy to take out and put back. Some drywall compound and paint was found on surfaces, thankfully not too hard to clean. I was able to manage the language barrier with the workers on site, some people might find it more difficult. Overall finished job is good, some rough bits so I can't go five stars.

We specialize in both residential & commercial interior refurbishment and carpentry, as well as a wide range of interior projects including condo, full house, basement, kitchen & bath, office, schools, libraries, restaurants and homes as well as some exterior works like interlocking, fence & deck and cleaning & disinfection services etc... We also supply kitchen cabinet like Thermofoil, MDF spray paint & Hardwood cabinets as well as stone countertop like quartz & porcelain.
