My call was answered promptly. After diagnosing the situation and determining a new toilet was the best option, the technicians removed the old toilet and replaced it with a new one. They were very careful not to create any mess or damage. They took all debris and the old toilet away.
Our garborator stopped working. With a busy kitchen it was pretty stressful. Mario came by, as always respectful, easy-going, and calm, fixed it in a pinch. He is always a pleasure to deal with!
Best plumbers ever. They came on very short notice and did a great job. I highly recommend.
Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc. were wonderful! Raphie was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. What was supposed to be a tiny job quickly turned into a huge, complicated one (through no fault of theirs) and many workers were called in to get the job done in one day. They did an exceptionally thorough job and left our house sparkling. Thank you so much!
