January 11, 2016 ### Job Well Done. Gavin from Provincial Heating & Cooling dropped by to have a look at the project. Knowledgeable and professional, he explained the requirements. Installers were also knowledgeable and professional and made sure that the hardwood floor was covered to avoid any damages. The installation was precise and clean. I will be more than happy to be a reference for any new customer they might have. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the work. A very big “THANK YOU”.

March 15, 2015 ### 5 Star product and service. Highly recommend. Gavin the manager answers calls immediately (Saturday for me). Answered my questions about specs on my water heater install. Tech phoned 1 minute after I spoke to manager, even though he was on another house call at the time. Arrived an hour early, and finished the job before the original scheduled arrival. Fantastic service, very courteous, and explained all potential outcomes, including the equipment afterwards. 5Star

Worth checking yourself
Only a few public reviews are shown. Ask for recent references you can contact.
Their public evidence comes from a single source. Look them up on another site before deciding.
No credentials are shown here and the business has not claimed this profile. Ask to see certificates and insurance directly.
Trade licensing in Canada is set by each province or territory. Electrical, gas and plumbing are licensed trades almost everywhere (for example ESA for electrical and TSSA for gas in Ontario), so check your provincial regulator that the contractor is certified for the work before you hire.
A construction lien is a real risk: in every province an unpaid subcontractor or supplier can register a lien against your home even if you already paid the main contractor. Hold back the statutory amount (commonly around 10%) and get signed lien waivers as you pay.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
