Neil did a fantastic job painting the main floor and stairway of our townhome. He was incredibly knowledgeable and has a keen eye for detail. It is clear he has a lot of experience. We would hire him to paint again!

Neil responded quickly and was able to start the next day. He identified and fixed even more repairs in our walls than I first noticed . He worked with another man and had the vast majority of our 1700 sq ft home painted in 4 days. Its so nice to have the house totally refreshed, cleaned and back together in well under a week!! Very happy with the quality of work !
Contacted company, the owner/operator Neil came out to do an estimate for me. First visit, was quick and simple took the measurements , explained his process. I thanked him, mentioned I had a couple more quotes to come back and would let him know. Before the weeks end, he called and said he was on my side of the city and he would bring over the color wheel so I could get a grasp on my color choices, which was much appreciated. Due to the fact I was going from a dark brown and yellow to a light grey with a colored feature wall of either blue or green . Within a cpl days of the visit, the quote, and approval . The job started within 10 days from our first meeting to Neil coming by and helping get the main floor taped and ready for the job. Neil and his helpers came in and had the main floor, hallway, and stairway finished and ready for family dinner that Sunday. Was impressed with the workmanship and the helpfulness of making this a very easy and simple experience. Thanks for making the house feel like the sun is finally shining !!
I was very satisfied with the painting job. Had to ask Neil to come back and sand the drywall after it was mudded.
Splendid Touch did a great job of updating several rooms in my home. Neil removed corner pieces, painted doors, baseboards, and of course walls. He also repaired an area of my kitchen where there had been water damage, replacing drywall and window frames. Neil was always in a good mood, and worked tirelessly. He communicated regularly and was very patient as I made new requests of him as he was involved in his work, even changing my mind about the colour I chose after it was done on the walls! I highly recommend Splendid Touch painting for the professionalism, neat work (always cleaned up before leaving) and just being easy to work with. It is evident that the customers happiness is given top priority and Neil will make very sure you are satisfied with the job before he considers it complete. Overall, I had an excellent experience.
