March 2, 2024 Absolutely atrocious. DO NOT HIRE! Stretched out time for a move down the same block into over 5 hours on purpose and over charged us. Damaged our items and our previous apartment that we now also need to pay for. Our movers were unprofessional, and locked their keys in the what appeared to be rented U Haul not once, but twice!! Which ended in two visits from the roadside assistance tow trucks service (added costs). Complete debauchery, chaos, and a nightmare experience all around.

January 19, 2023 TLL moved our household stuff from Regina, Saskatchewan to Maple Ridge, BC. They brought a U-Haul truck with inadequate capacity to move our stuff. They had unprofessional workers who left the job site in the middle of the work, and they had to go to bring different workers to load our stuff onto the truck. Due to inadequate capacity, they load and unload the truck several times, damaging our stuff. They took off a bathroom mirror and moved it to BC, which sho !!!
May 2, 2022 Cancelled last moment!!! Judging by many other reviews, it seems like a standard practice. We confirmed it three times by phone about moving today. We were assured by Thomas, all confirmed. Saturday morning, got a call truck is at maintenance and he is trying to sort it. 10:00 we called to find out what is happening, we got to know truck has some issues and Driver is in Kelowna. He can do moving day after for cheaper price. We had sales possession today so had to move out.
March 25, 2020 Worst experience ever! I would give zero star is I could. They charged us twice on our credit card and kept telling us they would reimburse us but it took over 40 days to get our money back. We kept calling Thomas and he kept telling us it would be in the next day, and it never did. Same with the 3 boxes they forgot in their truck. It took 43 days to get them and 100 of phone calls... I do not recommend.
October 15, 2019 I would not recommend TTL Moving and Storage to anyone based on the experience we have had with them. We moved from my grandmothers belongings from Surrey BC to Calgary AB after her sudden passing and it was nothing but headaches after they had come and packed up the truck. No one was able to tell us when it would be arriving in Calgary, I called them so I could finally get a day as I had not heard from anyone in a few days. October 5, 2018 I found TLL online talked to the business owner and was very happy about the quality of service. How the guys were very professional and how quick the job was done.

July 1, 2017 BEWARE TLL MOVING & STORAGE located in Surrey BC!! I don't normally do this but I have to share it as there is no one I would wish this on!!! They handled my move from BC to AB and there was not one thing they did that they assured me they would! Because I wouldn't allow delivery at 11pm they held my load hostage and I had to have another company get my things from the locker they stored it in 3 days later! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
January 20, 2017 I had this company move me last week and I was more then happy with the move. The guys where very polite and careful with my stuff and was impressed how well they did there jobs. January 19, 2017 The staff did an awsome job they showed up to my move right on time they where actually early. Rick and Geremy came in took my bed and table apart wrapped and padded everything before it even left my house. Loaded everything from my home I was amazed on how well they packed into the truck I didn't think it would fit but it did. When it arrived in Kelowna the next day they put everything where we asked them to put it. The guys did a great job I would defiantly recommend them Helpful1>
