Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, friendly, punctual and professional is how I would describe Trevor, the principal of Toronto Drains & Waterproofing, and those who work with him. It was only by reading the excellent reviews on HomeStars that I found this company and I am so happy that I did. Toronto Drains & Waterproofing has a "Code of Ethics" printed on its website and, in its dealings with me, the company did as it promised it would--in all respects. The work done for me included the clearing of a blocked drain, the replacement of a broken drain and the replacement of some piping and taps: drain AND plumbing work. Highly recommended.

Last week I noticed that water was backing up out of our basement floor drain. We needed to find a reliable drain expert quickly to fix the problem. One of our friends recommended Toronto Drains and Waterproofing. I phoned Trevor the next morning and explained to him the situation we were faced with. He phoned back a little while later and told me that he could rearrange his schedule to work on my problem the same afternoon. Kudos to Trevor for quick response! He used a camera attached to the end of a drain auger to diagnose the problem. It turned out that there was a blockage in the drain line caused by tree roots in my front yard. The work to clear the line was well done and completed in good time. Trevor is truly a professional. Not only is he knowledgeable, focused but his price is fair. From now on I would entrust all my future plumbing, drain and waterproofing needs in his capable hands. And I would recommend all my friends to do the same! Thank you, Trevor.

We had a double sink that could not even hold a frying pan. Trevor came out and put in a large single bowl sink. He was very professional. Taking out the original sink required cutting out part of the granite counter top. Trevor was able to do this with precision and not damage the rest of the granite countertop. The new sink was installed perfectly with no issues. When the work was completed he left the work area clean. We would highly recommend Toronto Drains and Water Proofing.
