Job went really good, they were clean and efficient,a job well done, a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended. Great job by all
Vlad did a careful assessment of our needs and Bohdana scheduled the job pretty quickly. Umbrella's technician was very courteous and he worked neatly and cleaned up after he did the work. Hopefully the repair will work ... will know for sure only when we have the next substantial rainfall. To the extent that I need any other foundation work done, I will reach out to Umbrella.
Umbrella quickly responded when my request was submitted and scheduled a review the next day. The Umbrella rep was able to quickly assess the damage and provide recommendations.
The team was efficient and completed the job as schedule. They cleaned up the work site better than they had stared the job. The price was definitely reasonable and I highly recommend this company and its manager Prof Vlad ( my nick name for him because he is very extremely knowledgeable). It has been 8 months and my basement is dry as the desert.
