We hired Arash to do a pre-purchase structural inspection of a home. He was prompt in his response, able to get to the site on relatively short notice, and prepared a very detailed report promptly. A pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend.

I recommend UTES. They are currently working for us delivering a complex construction project in midtown Toronto. We are fully renovating old bungalow including a separate legal basement unit. They are doing all engineering work, issued the city permits and provide a very solid construction work.

I contacted UTES to help me with obtaining city permits, layout design, as well as mechanical / plumbing drawings for my dental hygiene clinic. It was my first time ever going through a process like this, but Arash & his team made it seamless. Arash had a very professional appearance and demeanor when we met in person, and was fast and efficient. Arash also went above and beyond by persistently e-mailing and calling the city zoning examiner almost everyday to follow up after their extended delays. I definitely recommend working with UTES, and would be pleased to do business with Arash and his team again.

I had the pleasure of working with Utes for the renovation of a property into a commercial dental clinic, and I cant recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Utes team demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and professionalism. The design and planning phase had its challenges including site constraints, navigating complex heritage, grading and landscaping requirements, and working through town and regional permit applications but Utes team handled it all with great skill and attention to detail. One of the things that really impressed me was how effectively Utes team communicated and collaborated with local authorities, inspectors, and our general contractor throughout the construction phase. Their proactive approach helped to keep the project on track, resolving issues quickly and ensuring everything ran smoothly. If you're looking for a team that combines engineering and architectural expertise with excellent project management, I highly recommend Utes. They were a huge asset to our project, and Im confident they will deliver outstanding results on any development project.
