I recommend UTES. They are currently working for us delivering a complex construction project in midtown Toronto. We are fully renovating old bungalow including a separate legal basement unit. They are doing all engineering work, issued the city permits and provide a very solid construction work.

I contacted UTES to help me with obtaining city permits, layout design, as well as mechanical / plumbing drawings for my dental hygiene clinic. It was my first time ever going through a process like this, but Arash & his team made it seamless. Arash had a very professional appearance and demeanor when we met in person, and was fast and efficient. Arash also went above and beyond by persistently e-mailing and calling the city zoning examiner almost everyday to follow up after their extended delays. I definitely recommend working with UTES, and would be pleased to do business with Arash and his team again.
