“We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail during the installation of our Gree Split (2 Head) Heat Pump system. The booking of the installation was handled by the Office and they were in constant contact with us as we approached the day of installation. The technicians arrived on time and worked precisely as a team. The workers made sure that any disruption from construction was thoroughly cleaned up. We were repeatedly asked if this location was acceptable being very conscious of appearance in the house. It was like they were working in their own home. We were given instructions on how to use the units and the remote controls and were given a phone number if we were to have any issues. In short, we are very satisfied with WiserAire from beginning to end. Thank you for your excellent service”
